INTRODUCTION
We recognize that when our customers contact us we get data that we have to collect to process the orders and start to work. This data is required to perform our services and it's sent freely by the customer but we want to communicate it to you in this document.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you interact with us, we get the following information:
- Your e-mail address
- Cleartext messages
If you want to be safe, encrypt your messages with PGP/GPG.
WEBSITE DATA COLLECT
This website is hosted in the Tor Network and we don't have a login system or a database so we can't get any data that identify you. We could get your IP address but if you're using Tor we're getting the IP address of the Tor Network and never your real IP address.
SHARING OF DATA
CH does not sell or share your personal data. CH owns 100% of it's server hardware and your information is encrypted server-side at all times but your email provider can read your messages so if you use cleartext instead encrypt your messages they can read it.
USE OF DATA
We use the data collected only to understand your request and complete a project. After a job is done, this data is deleted/purged.
